LN-CC GALLERY : RICHIE CULVER PRIVATE VIEW
Last week we were invited by one of our Arculture webstores for a very special event, London based concept store LN-CC were launching their new gallery space with an exhibition of new work from London based artist Richie Culver.

Let’s talk about LN-CC first because there’s a lot to tell about this super innovative store and webshop! I’m just gonna quote a piece of their about, it’s written so good, It has no use trying to do it better:
”The original idea behind our project was to create an all encompassing world, combining the roots of traditional retail twinned with the progressive nature of the online boom. We wanted to achieve this in a way that has never been done before and that will, hopefully, never be subsequently bettered.”
Basically said, it’s the best of both worlds, blended together in a way they think is the way it should be done. And the’re doing it big, LN-CC has over 6000 square foot space(yes, that’s a lot) divided into seven completely different rooms. They have a in-house night club and library as well, total madness! Take a look at some pictures below.

(Yes, the nightclub is actually there)
Allright, about the exhibion. Unfortunately we couldn’t attent because we’re very busy at the moment improving our website. Secondly, we’re saving all of our businesstrip money for Bread & Butter Berlin, we will be covering the event all 3 days!
Anyway, LN-CC was so nice to let someone attent this event in our name and we received all images the day after. Check out some of the work below.

I Loved You

Graffiti is for fags
The one I liked the most was this one:

The Phrase, ”Meet me in our hometown whenever you fail” just scared the crap out of me. Maybe It’s personal but the thought of failing at everything I want to achieve and having to take a meaningless job in my hometown is a big fear to me. On the other hand, the painting motivated me so much I’ve worked all weekend long and was able to finish the first Arculture Short Movie(coming soon, we’re editing)! Too bad the painting is a little bit to expensive for our office at the moment…
Entitled ‘Too Dark One Light’ the show will run in store at LN-CC from June 16th until July 7th with an opportunity to view and purchase artwork.
