Miquel - All i want is you
I’ve been listening to this album several weeks now, and its time to share it with yall.
Miquel Jontel Pimental is a 26year old musician who signed at Jive records in 2007. Since then he has been working with Musicians as Usher, Asher Roth and my all time Favourite Musiq Soulchild.
I love the sound, some songs like “Quickie” annoyed me, but songs as “All I want” and...
The journey of great projects: from New Orleans to...
In February 2011, american artist Candy Chang build the first ever ”Before I Die” wall. In a quest to inspire people in New Orleans(think: Hurricane Kathrina), she took a wall from an old abandoned house and changed it into an interactive artwork. The story behind her inspiration is really stunning, I can really recommend reading it!
All there is really is just this big chalkboard...

Ice-T was interviewed and asked about movies that influenced him. One movie came back a couple of times, the movie “fear of a black hat”. Directed by Rusty Cundieff, he also stars as Ice cool. And with his friends Tasty...

For most people, vacation time has started. So what do you do when you’re in a foreign country, sitting on your beach chair? Exactly, you’re gonna(at least try to) read a book.
If you’re not a regular reader, it’s always good to start out with a book about fashion, mostly it has a lot of pictures in it so you’ll look smart without reading too much! A good start of...

MAX100: THE BOOK PROJECT
Found this project on Kickstarter. Matt Stevens woke up one day and decided to create one single air max 1 shoe a day. This hobby became an obsession and this obsession can now be turned into a book. Allthough we love the idea, we don’t know if it’s gonna happen, he needs to raise a little over 20.000 dollars in 52 days!

What happens when you decide to build an exclusive clothing store in a former Art Deco Miami Beach Hotel and have some very good taste? Take a good look at The Webster, this insanely good looking store is located in Miami and breathes luxury.
Allthough it’s obvious that this is a clothing store, the interior still feels like you’re standing in a mansion, a mansion which you wish...

ARTWORK: Jean-Philippe Delhomme for Maison Kitsuné
For the last couple of days this video was all over the web. Offcourse I do like the innovative way of showing this new collection. Far more fun and it definitely demonstrates creativity as well.
Too bad it makes us forget what Maison Kitsune did for the SS 2011 collection: amazing artwork done by JP Delhomme. Take a good look and read the captions, simply brilliant.
When you’re...
RENDEZ-VOUS AT COLETTE
This short movie came out a long time ago on Colette, but It popped back in my mind again after a friend of mine asked me to tie his tie yesterday. It’s not hard to imagine why I liked it in the first place, I think it’s the combination of beautiful French language, slow background music and the close up’s at the end. For the educatitive people amongst us,...
THE KENNEDYS TRAILER
The official trailer of The Kennedys. After seeing this you’re gonna watch for sure. Check out the whole story about this is the last post. Madmen meets Boardwalk Empire!

THE KENNEDYS: Tribute to a stylish president

The episodes take you on a beautiful visual journey through the lives of JFK and the rest of the Kennedy family. Including him becoming the youngest president ever at the age of 43 and everything else that comes with it.
If you’re not into this type of...
UWALL: Music Video's and nothing else
Discovered this by accident, while stumbling the web. All artists are on here, with all their music video’s. So why is it better than youtube?
When I search for a official music vid on youtube, I have to dig through all of the remixes, parodies and other crap that has nothing to do with the official video. After searching for 1 minute, it’s gets really annoying. When I’m on...
TRUE INSPRIATION: The Black Ivy
Everybody gets their inspiration from somewhere else. The Stones recorded the best songs while being on all kinds of dope, Mark began something big after fucking up a date and Frank started his business after the death of his boss.
So what inspired us to build Arculture? Why have we been sitting in this office for the past 6 months trying to create something we think is innovative, cool and a...
JAY-Z: LIFE + TIMES
Jay-Z just came out with his new online magazine called Life + Times. The mag covers a wide range of topics such as Style, Leisure, Technology and Music. First opinion: the site design looks great, Jay-Z is great, Jay’s business ideas are allways great, this site is gonna blow up.
But i’m gonna do something here i’ve never done before: criticize something...
THEOPHILUS LONDON: CENTURY GIRL
I’ve liked Theophilus since we first saw the ”Flying Overseas” video. The combination of a summer tune, nice beach, pendleton shirt, moscot shades and straw hats never felt so good.
In this new vid called ”Century Girls” the moscot shades and the hat are making a strong comeback appearance. So what do I especially like about it?...
